I’m fully aware that I only posted about Plateau less than two weeks ago and was entirely complimentary about so I’m not going to do a full review (although I could happily rhapsodise about almost every aspect of the “Plateau” experience for hours) I just thought it would be worth doing a round up of what I had and also proving that the flawless experience I had on my last visit was not beginners luck….

My ONLY negative about the whole meal was the doughnut, but even with that the only thing I didn’t like was the filling. Don’t get me wrong, I ate the whole thing, but the flavour combination (cheese and white chocolate) erred too much on the side of odd for my liking. That said, the doughnut itself was absolutely delicious, crispy on the outside and light and fluffy inside and absolutely no taste of the oil that it was cooked in – a personal bugbear of mine and the reason I stopped eating the doughnuts from Brighton (my former guilty pleasure) as well.
If you live in Brighton and you like food, then this place should be right at the the top of your “to do” list, I can’t recommend it enough, GO GO GO!
